How To Place Order
Ordering is very simple. Just do below:
1. First you send your quote, it is better with artwork.
2. We then reply with a price and shipping cost option(by express, airline or ship).
3. If you like our price we will ask you for your artwork in a format, if we have your artwork we will send you a flag template by email.
4. Once you approve the flag template we then send you the proforma invoice for order confirmation and payment.
5. Once payment is made we start to make your order.
6. Once your order is made we will send it out and inform you a tracking number.
Payment ways
TT, Wire Transfer.
Our bank details will be given out when requested.
For big order, we allowed the payment term 30% T/T, the balance before delivery or against copy of B/L.
Refund policy
We offer a 14 days money back guarantee on stocked flags, starting from when the flags leave our factory once this period is over we except no responsibility to the flag or flags.
We offer no refund on custom made flags please be sure you are happy with your quote and design before you make payment.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
This depends on your order.
For small orders 1-1000 flags about 12-18 days and orders over this amount we will tell you in your quote.
Import Duty and Taxes.
Each country has their own import and duty taxes, they all have thresholds if your order is over the threshold you may incur import and duty taxes and this is to be paid by the customer.

There are many flag materials that can be used to make custom flags with, here at NoveltyFlag we use 4 main materials and they are:
75D Polyester for the most economy fabric and promotion use.
100D Polyester for the budget in mind and promo uses.
115gsm(200D) Trilobal/Knitted Polyester for durability - longer life.
l160gsm(500D) Woven bunting Polyester for extra durability - longer life,(it's the most durable flag material you can get)

Since 1999, NOVELTYFLAG have been engaged in flags, banners, flagpole, display, signs, tablecloth, tents,canopy tents and series of accessories. We have four 50meters auto screen printing machine line, 8 silkscreen printing table lines, 35 digital printing machines and over 210 staff members to work on your requests. Materials/Components
The fabric we use are 100% polyester, such as 75D,100D, 150D, 300D, knitted polyester 115-135gsm, Mesh polyester 120gsm,160gsm spun polyester, silk satin, royal satin, Oxford, nonwoven, cotton, felt etc.
Machinery/Production Process
We make flag by printing machines, including steaming, washing and drying machines. And we sew flags by our double stitching machines.
QC/Technical Support
Staff members of the QC Department are all experienced in textile, and they analyze reasons for product defects and give advice to our production department promptly.

1.Q: What kind of fabric do you use to make banner and base?
A: Our banners are made of high quality polyester.
2.Q: What kind of shipping method do you use?
A: We will ship your order by DHL/TNT/UPS/FedEX... from China,which is reliable to reach you promptly and safely, other shipping methods are also available.
3.Q: When will I receive my custom order?
A: In normal conditions, your custom made flags orders will be sent worldwide 5--10 business days from time of payment processing. For customized orders please add an additional 3-5 business days. However, the current situation in many countries may cause a delay in deliveries because of security and customs measures.
4.Q: Do you have an exchange policy of defective items?
A: Yes. Despite we check closely flags prior to shipment, if any received flag and banner present remarkable defects such as severe ink marks or misprint we will replace them for free.
5.Q: Can I return the products I ordered after I have received them?
