The fabric we use are 100% polyester, such as 75D, 100D, 150D, 300D, knitted polyester 115-135GSM, Spun polyester 160GSM, satin, nylon 210D/200D, oxford, nonwoven, 100% cotton, Polytwill felt etc.
Machinery/Production Process:
We make flag by printing machines, including steaming, washing and drying machines. And we sew flags by our double stitching machines.
QC/Technical Support:
Staff members of the QC Department are all experienced in textile, and they analyze reasons for product defects and give advice to our production department promptly.
