Classic car flags durable to low speed
-Fabric: 75D 100% woven polyester
-Size: 11"x16" / 12"x18"
-Printing: Dye screen printing / digital printing
-Finishing: Double hem-stitch around
-Flagpole: 44cm flexible flagpole
-Standard: SGS, EN71
Premium car flags durable to high speed 80-90km/h
-Fabric: 120GSM knitted polyester
-Size: 11"x16" / 12"x18"
-Printing: Dye screen printing / digital printing
-Finishing: Double hem-stitch around
-Flagpole: 51cm reinforced flagpole
-Standard: SGS, EN71
Remarks: For premium car window flag, you have 2 options to display your logo.
-1ply(single sided) is printed through to show up the logo
-3ply(double sided with blockout film to prevent from seeing through) will make your logo read right from both sides.

Materials/Components The fabric we use are 100% polyester, such as 75D,100D, 150D, 300D, knitted polyester 115-135gsm, Mesh polyester 120gsm,160gsm spun polyester, silk satin, royal satin, Oxford, nonwoven, cotton, felt etc.
Machinery/Production Process We make flag by printing machines, including steaming, washing and drying machines. And we made flags by our double stitching machines.
QC/Technical Support Staff members of the QC Department are all experienced in textile, and they analyze reasons for product defects and give advice to our production department promptly.
