1. How can orders be placed?

2. How soon will my order ship?
In most cases, in stock orders will ship within 24 hours or by the end of the next business day.
While we stock the most popular flagpoles, some flagpoles may require special order which may delay shipment. A customer service representative will contact you if there will be any delay in your order.

4. Will I receive tracking information on my shipment(s)?
Yes, we will email the tracking information on your order to you either directly or through the shipping company.
5. How long does a flag last?
There isn't an exact answer to this question since many factors contribute to flag wear. How long a flag is flown,
the material it's made from, the weather as well as environmental issues all play a role in how long a flag lasts.
Most customers can expect 6-12 months life from a flag that is flown 24 hours a day through all types of weather.
Keep in mind that removing your flag during inclement weather can almost double the life of a flag. One other
important thing to note is, larger flags wear faster than smaller ones, so if your not getting the life you are looking for, cutting back on the size of the flag may be an option.
6. Can a flag be repaired?
In most cases, Yes. We even offer repair service, however, it is only cost effective on larger flags. There are 2 major factors that can determine if a flag can be repaired; Will it look square and has it dry rotted. Any flag where the stripes will be equal in length to the blue field or shorter, is not repairable.
