Car flags
We make and supply 2 types of car flags with 2 different car flag poles.
There are different grades of are flags and depending on how the car flags are going to be used will depend on which type you should choose.
Car flags can either be 1ply (single sided) or 3ply (Double sided 3 layers ), 3ply make the flag heavier so it is recommend you use a stiff pole.
The common variations you can have are:
A. Economy car flag 1ply 100D polyester with either 43cm flexible, 50cm stiff car flag pole.
B. Economy car flag 3ply 100D polyester with either 50cm stiff pole or 43cm car flag pole.
C. Premium car flag 1ply knitted polyester with either 43cm flexible, 50cm stiff car flag pole
D. Premium car flag 3ply knitted polyester with either 50cm stiff pole or 43cm car flag pole.

Machinery/Production Process: We make flags by printing machines, including steaming, washing, and drying machines. And we sew flags by our double stitching machines.
QC/Technical Support: Staff members of the QC Department are all experienced in textiles, and they analyze reasons for product defects and give advice to our production department promptly.
